SCALING SOVEREIGNTY = Individual Rights have the most weight, then family, hood, town, county, state,....This balances freedom and consensus. All laws are derived from this principle.

 

 

So the main argument for having me rule Earth - besides me having a clue - is that it is easy for the entire world to keep tabs on ONE DUDE.
